I was very disappointed that the shuttle service to the airport was so late I needed to be at the airport at 4:00 a.m. and they only started at 5:00 p.m. and they told me that they had two other people that were already going to the airport there wasn't room for me. Very limited shuttle service very disappointed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Not only did the U-Haul trailer that we had hooked to our truck and wedged on a cement column get stolen, but the hotel had nothing to say. - the blanket and one pillow couldn’t be used because it had brown stuff all over— I don’t even want to guess what it was - the fridge didn’t work - there were holes in the curtains that let in the morning sun -the entire place was dirty and dingy - the plaster was coming off the walls - as we were waiting for the police, housekeeping went into our room and started cleaning before I could clear it out. It wasn’t check out time yet and I hadn’t checked out. The front desk had nothing to say about that.

The property had a huge tobacco smell around and inside, there was a huge stain above the shower in our room look like mold, my child and i both have asthma so very concerning, still the staff was very polite

I reserved a room early on. However, when we arrived, we were putting around that needed much repairs. On the first one and on the 2nd day we were given a different room. Which was on the 3rd floor. Which are the wasn't a lot better than the first one. I like the staff's customer service and the breakfast

The property was fair on most fronts (old & sort of run down) but very early the morning after I checked in a series of incredibly loud & shrill fire alarm noises started going off - not a steady fire alarm but spurts of a fire alarm. I got no answer when I called the front desk to check to see if it really was a fire alarm. The alarm noises continued so I got ready to leave - the elevator was not working so I assumed it was a fire alarm & hurred & carried my luggage down the 3 flights of stairs to the lobby. The front desk people were not there but left a note that they were searching for "lost guests"; when they returned they were stressed out & dismissive about the situation. Many folks in the lobby were wandering around wondering what happending. It was pretty distressing & after long, late travel a 5:45 am awakening/departure to a sporadic alarm really added to my exhaustion. It was not a $118 postive experience & I will not be staying there again.

In Need of Major Remodeling
The facility is in very poorly maintained condition. Stained carpet, torn carpet, peeling paint, a shower head that was so short it didn’t even cover my 5’3” head and mold in the corners of the shower. Even the picture frames on the walls were peeling.

Worst Stay Ever
I want to start off that the entrance was dirty which was a red flag to being with and from there it just got worse. The hallway that led up to the our room was dirty dirty the walls were dirty the celling had mold and was falling apart. Once we arrived to our room. The carpet was dirty just like the hallway was. It had a weird and horrible smell we couldn’t identify the smell and it wasn’t a pleasant smell. The curtains had blood which is a bio hazard. The air vent had mold surrounding it. The toilet had pee stains the bath tub had mold.It was disgusting Please don’t book with them EVER. ( 10-17-24 ) of this review.

Not a safe area and not pet friendly
The neighborhood is not safe, there is no place to walk your dog at this “pet friendly” property except in the concrete parking lot, and the building is dark and run down. Even though we prepaid, we cancelled before going into our room and were unable to get a refund from an unfriendly front desk manager.

This hotel brand is independently owned and the owners acted in bad faith. The owners cancelled my reservation because they could get more for it during of a popular local event. I would not stay at this or any other Comfort Inn without booking through Expedia. Expedia made it good with me but it cost them a lot.
