For starters I booked the balcony for the pool but did not receive that but the clerk was able to fix that, room was clean but air vents were cover in dust, also beds said they were queen but it was more of a full size bed..a lil out dated but was clean and convenient for my trip.

The rooms were dirty. The bed sheets were not changed and had blood stains on them. There was mold in the bathtub, stains all over the walls. The front desk guy questioned my concerns… Also I was not checked in properly to my room. Safety was a big concern because someone could have walked into my room due to not being checked in properly. The food was bad!

Where to start? This hotel boasts an 8 rating. These reviews must be from friends and family of the owner or paid for. The facility was very run down. No parking lot security. Not even lit well. The room had ripped fabric on furniture, scraped up doors, cracks in the walls. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and brown stains and drips on the walls. We chose a non smoking room yet smelled smoke all night. Our smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The staff was friendly and had apologetic looks on their faces. The rating on this listing is a bait and switch for sure.if we had not driven 10 hours we would have left.

I was very disappointed that the shuttle service to the airport was so late I needed to be at the airport at 4:00 a.m. and they only started at 5:00 p.m. and they told me that they had two other people that were already going to the airport there wasn't room for me. Very limited shuttle service very disappointed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Not only did the U-Haul trailer that we had hooked to our truck and wedged on a cement column get stolen, but the hotel had nothing to say. - the blanket and one pillow couldn’t be used because it had brown stuff all over— I don’t even want to guess what it was - the fridge didn’t work - there were holes in the curtains that let in the morning sun -the entire place was dirty and dingy - the plaster was coming off the walls - as we were waiting for the police, housekeeping went into our room and started cleaning before I could clear it out. It wasn’t check out time yet and I hadn’t checked out. The front desk had nothing to say about that.

The property had a huge tobacco smell around and inside, there was a huge stain above the shower in our room look like mold, my child and i both have asthma so very concerning, still the staff was very polite

I reserved a room early on. However, when we arrived, we were putting around that needed much repairs. On the first one and on the 2nd day we were given a different room. Which was on the 3rd floor. Which are the wasn't a lot better than the first one. I like the staff's customer service and the breakfast
