Walls are too thin, can hear everything. Walls were dirty, hair in the shower, floors weren’t clean and saw cockroach in restroom. Only thing good about this place was the comfortable bed. This place was a one and done for me.

Great Hotel! We come to ABQ often but we stay outside of the city to avoid criminal activity. We decided to stay at this hotel this time and we were not disappointed. Will definitely stay here again. An Hacienda style-love it.

I wasn’t told that the internet was out when I checked in. When I called from my room I was told that they had no idea when the internet would be back on. I was not offered any type of compensation. Then the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up when I urinated.
