Meh.
Room would not cool off the entire stay which was brutal. The hotel is "well-used", and while quiet (which is a challenge in ABQ), just wasn't a "nice" hotel. Decent, middling, serviceable, but generally uncomfortable and somewhat crowded.

The room was amazing and very quiet for being immediately across from the elevator. The only negative was a friend came over to eat Sunday evening and we planned to eat at the restaurant here. We were the first people in the restaurant by over 15 minutes and still had not received our food (salads) an hour later. All other tables (at least eight) had hot food already. The wait staff seemed indifferent to our query on where our food was. We left when we still didn't have food after over an hour. Otherwise good stay.

The rooms are so big and the beds feel like your on cloud 9. And oh my gosh the breakfast in the morning can NEVER beat any other hotels and i travel a lot. I can NOT believe that I have never stayed at this hotel before. I have always stayed at the holiday inn but NEVER again. Embassy suites is now officially my go to hotels
