This was an excellent place to stay in Albuquerque. The breakfast was awesome! The afternoon reception was great. Wish they had some non alcoholic beers for some of our family members who don’t drink alcohol. But the room was great-seeing the hit air balloons, extinct volcanoes and beautiful city views. We’ll be back. Highly recommended! Staff is awesome too!

I paid in advance to reserve a room with two beds. At check in everything seemed normal. Once I got up to the room I discovered that they gave me a room with one bed. I then tried to call the front desk only to discover that the phone in the room did not work so I had to go back downstairs to the front desk and ask why was I given the room with just one bed when I had booked a room with two beds and the lady then informed me that the reason why was because they were out of rooms with two beds.

The property was very nice and very clean lobby and check in staff was amazing. We just had an issue with their room with the blankets on the bed being dirty blood stains. When we asked for them to be changed. It took them a day and a half for them to come up and bring another blanket. We just went and bought some blankets at a near by Walmart Also, there was no trash cans in the room and no water pressure in the bathroom.
