So I get there at 1230 and they said my room would be ready at 230. came back at three and the room was not ready yet and to top that off the elevator was broken. I finally got into my room at 345 and was upgraded to a nicer room. not pleased expected way more from a Hampton Inn,

Not a 3 star in my opinion
Room condition was terrible: big drywall crack in ceiling, window shades inoperable, grout in floor tile crumbling, shower floor creeky, noisy AC, noisy fridge, mushy mattress, etc. Never again.

The hotel was very nice. My only comment is that when we came off the elevator the lady and her cleaning cart didnt move out of our way. I was in a walking boot so trying to maneuver around her and the cart wasn't easy. Just her having the courtesy to move a few inches forward would have helped. She looked right at us and didn't move or say anything. Also need to have an outlet on the nightstand between the beds. Having it across the room isnt helpful.

Trash all outside the premises, no water in room, clerk assigned the wrong room to one of the customers which numerous individuals observed. Hotel was very hot. Homeless within a 1/2 block of the premises and had to drive through all kinds of broken glass on the street the next morning. Terrible breakfast, had to go without.

Horrible… find some other place to stay. Crackheads in the lobby. Our vehicle was broken into and the hotel staff were unhelpful. Police said it is a problem in the area. STAY AWAY!!!

There's outside of the hotel fence was littered with trash and homeless kids and people. If I wasn't a firearm Carrier I would never walk outside the hotel fence line

Pulled on the streetcto a dozen homeless people. Several cops hot rodding up and down the street with inder covers. 3 hotels in that cul de sac were definitely not for sleeping. The employees were dressed for bed. Not professional. The main door to our room had a huge gap. Code violation. 6 hrs to sleep or id have left
