Room was okay. Showerhead could use some descaling/ cleaning. Ran out of kleenex, not used to using bottled handwash/ bodywash. Are the dispenser tips wiped down everyday? There was only 1 plastic cup in the bathroom. I opened the styrofoam coffee cup and found some black specks of something inside. Room rates including all kinds of taxes/fees are sky rocketing at all motel chains doesnt reflect the diminishing services.

Very clean; comfortable bed and staff is great. The only bad thing is whenever someone turns on water in another room, it's super loud for a few minutes - I assume until the pipes fill up and pressurize. All in all - it's a comfortable place to stay.

The hotel did not offer conjoining rooms. They did move us closer together but we had to wait for room service to clean the rooms and it was well after 4pm. Other than not offering free breakfast the rooms were fine. There is a restaurant across the street that was fairly quick.

I have pics of the inside receiver of the desk phone that was covered in dry maple syrup, I discovered that when I picked up the phone to call the front desk to report the ants all over the bathroom floor. No one I know would appreciate placing that phone against their face to place a call - it was a disgusting discovery!!! Complained the next to to a new employee who basically could have cared less. The good news in the hotel is that they are nicely renovated, their beds were clean and extremely comfortable, Robert who checks people in was wonderful along with the bar and cafe staff. To bad there was the discusting phone, ants and also a maple syrup stain though faint on the carpet. No reimbursement or comp offered for the unclean phone, and or bugs.
