The staff were awesome!! I failed to get the names of the shuttle drivers I had, but they bith were amazing! The clerks at the desk were super friendly and very cordial.

Restrooms didnt work and instead of providing us with new room right away, they made us wait for 2 hours till they tried to fix it. It was not done in a nice way. Location is not good. Downtown is much better and closer to food options.

This was an overall great hotel! Staff was friendly, rooms are nice, clean and spacious for a large family. There isn’t much parking and the spaces available are super tight! Breakfast was also just, ok. Overall, a good hotel considering.

Our room was nor ready at 3:04 pm we waited like 40 more minutes and the shower had some issues hair in shower and not enough conditioner for 3 days and our room never got cleaned for the days were there

There were no parking spots left when we checked in, and were told to “squeeze in where we could” or to park on the side of the hotel in a fire lane. One of the trash cans in our room still had trash in it, including old food and beer bottles, and it smelled unpleasant.

We had a beautiful stay, flawless check in, room was clean however bathroom products were not stocked. Also recieve a random 66.00 dollar charge no one could confirm why days after stay. Had to refund with my credit card.
