Rooms were lovely, and having the Saw Mill close by was nice. The Old Plaza was nearby and walkable. Check-in was fine and didn’t know anything about the Expedia benefit.

Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. Ordered room service and it was delivered within10 minutes. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes on our car from valet. Beautiful property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great place to stay for ballon fiesta! You can watch the ballon’s from your balcony. The dining at sawmill market is amazing and old town is also nice to walk around! Clean rooms nice staff!

Hotel Chaco is a beautiful hotel in a great part of town, with great amenities. It is well maintained, with lots of a very helpful staff. The room was very nice with a good view. The maintenance crew was wonderful. The Room cleaning service is ok, but don’t let your guard down.

Hotel Chaco is a very nice hotel with southwest motif near old town. The roof-top restaurant is very good as well. The folks at the reception were very friendly.
