Annoyed and tired!!

We’re in town for my son being at the UNM hospital. Came back tired and found out things in lobby. The front desk clerk said tried to call us. They didn’t even leave a message for us that we had only paid 2 nights.

This is very nice place to stay. You can tell lots of people like this facility due to the number of visitors. Friendly staff, really clean rooms and easy access for a tall building. I would come back here again. The pool looked awesome, but I didn't have time to swim on my visit.

The property was very dirty. Our room had several flying bugs I had to kill first night. The ice machine was full of mold and the pool area was so hot and no airflow through there. Also pool area was dirty with hair all over the floor. The area was super sketchy and just very dirty. Would not recommend.

The property was very ghetto. The celing in our room was caving in. There was damage to the outside building. Breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were very runny and the sausage looked questionable.
