I was shocked at it for a Hyatt they are usually so much nicer. The bed had someone’s makeup on it and the smell was overwhelming and the conditioner was out and there is no way to take it out to scrape it out

This hotel used to be a great hotel, however the owners are not keeping up with the maintenance of the hotel. You can see holes in the wall, bad fixing jobs, elevator breaking in pieces, little by little is becoming a place full of pending repairs that is not worth the price of the stay.

The TV didn’t work and I had to call the front desk to come and fix it twice! We ended up turning it off because the same problem continued to happen when we tried to change the channel. It wanted to me to connect my phone to the TV???? No thank you 😳
