We arrived nearly 8PM and one of the rooms was not ready. They said it was used by a family with dogs and needed to be deep cleaned. The room was not a dog friendly room. When we got in the room was hot and smelled. We left to grab some food and as we got off the elevator heard the staff talking loudly about us. Rude and not welcoming. They offered us a free beer coupon

Everything about this property was wonderful! Staff, cleanliness, safety and close to many shops and restaurants! Staff provided breakfast snacks at 4am during the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque. Tacos, cereals, fruit, muffins etc. They went above and beyond!!
