Room was clean, area had several homeless people nearby. Breakfast was limited. Coffee was only warm, little fruit, only eggs and sausage on day 2, no potatoes.

Place was clean and staff accommodating and friendly. Arrived late at night and was first a little concerned about the area but we felt as safe as we could be in Albuquerque. A lot of homeless all over Albuquerque. Centrally located and had no problems navigating around town.

Hotel had some damage to old age of building, rust spots, drywall breaking apart, water calcium building on sink and tub faucet. Alot of construction units snd supply taking up space. Also during the morning of checking out the fire alarm went off waking everyone up but they then disable the alarm. Everyone who had a pet, they went crazy with barking and crying.

The people who work there are super friendly and the price isn't horrible but that's where the applause ends. The area itself is super sketchy and the entire hotel smells like weed and cigarettes. I was in an adjoining room and the people next door were burning incense that you could smell under the door. My toilet flush didn’t work and the bedding was disgusting and stained. You could hear every noise in the building and I honestly would have left had I not have arrived at 10 oclock at night after an 11 hour drive. Also, the photos on the website are NOT reality. Yes the spaces are remodeled but they look terrible and you can absolutely tell they slapped lipstick on a pig to attract a higher caliber of guests. I felt catfished and was on and out in less than 10 hours

Staff we interacted with were nice. However, the bathroom was terrible! Toilet didn't flush, faucet literally squealied when turned on, light was attached to fan that was loud, and to top it off, the fire alarm went off at 6 am waking us up after a hard time getting to sleep because people above us were stomping around until 1 in the morning. Anyway, lady at front desk took wrote all those complaints down. Hopefully they'll fix it. Beds were comfortable and room was fine.
