Area for the dogs was a patch of dirt surrounded by a concrete walkway. It looked like a patio area for people rather for dogs. There was a party in the hallway outside our room until around midnight. The rooms were just around the corner from the front desk and no one from the hotel intervened. The noise upset our dog and kept us awake.

Renovated recently? Ha! No way.

I have probably stayed at this hotel since 2015 around 20 times, at least. The last 2 times have been disappointing. The flush handle on the toilet is VERY hard to work causing me to have to remove the lid and use the metal rod to flush the toilet. Simple fix but apparently it has been reported and nothing done. One of the queen beds, on one side, has broken springs which is obvious when sitting on the edges and makes loud noises when turning over. Totally unacceptable and it needs to be trashed. Breakfast is a shadow of what it use to be. Only the bare minimum is offered. The entire property is covered in dog feces and receives no attention from management. I can't believe the city doesn't address this unsanitary health issue or upper levels of LA Quinta management. I will be going elsewhere on my future trips to Albuquerque.

I enjoyed the Newly Renovated rooms, quite impressive and nice.. Disliked that the Hot Tub was out of order and breakfast was very limited. Breakfast attd tried her best to refill the food but everything was gone in a matter of time.

Amazing staff and I liked the fact that they call you to let you know about the 250$ fee for smoking even though it’s in the room and all over the building. Highly recommend staying here

Went to check in and had to wait at the desk forever before someone showed up. Got to the room and there was only two towels even though my booking listed five people. Went to the pool and staff was irritated we asked for pool towels, still only gave us two. AC in room did not work. Pull out bed was disgustingly dirty and we had to wait forever for the clean linens. The only good thing about this stay was the staff that took over later otherwise everything else was terrible. I usually love La Quinta but we are purposely avoiding this one on our way back home. We paid extra money to check in early even though it wasn’t ready. Would have rather been told we couldn’t check in early then deal with a disgusting room.

The only positive was the heated pool. However, there were no towels in the pool area so we were soaking wet up to our room. It was insanely UNCLEAN. We are traveling for the military and do this often, and this was the dirtiest hotel we have been in in a long time. It was a very unsafe area, there were bugs in the bed…it was just overall not a good experience.

Okay hotel

The hotel had only 1 luggage cart which the lady did not want us to use at first. There was no bedding for the pull out couch bed. Went we went to get some they only had flat sheets they could give us (no blanket, no fitted sheet, no pillow). At breakfast half of the items were missing. For some reason they were not able to do the eggs and hot items that morning. The room was nice besides the missing bedding.
