No towel racks. Sink had hot/cold water hooked up backwards. Paint pealing off bathtub. Window opened for fresh air but no screen. We were three adults but only towels for two. When ask for another set at night and morning told “Sorry they are in laundry right now”

Happy with our stay
Our room was big and comfortable. It had a large bed and a living room area with a big couch. They also let us have a late checkout which was nice. The breakfast was good, the French toast sticks were really good.

had a decent stay but management could be kinder
not horrible but upsetting.. we were rushed out by room service on check out and this was difficult as the power was out all morning .. they did not care they kept rushing us out it was annoying to say the least. not being able to see and not having electricity for readyness was not the hotels fault but attitude and empathy was lack luster

Staff was helpful and kind. Bathroom we had was dirty in the corners and the vent cover was hanging off. Stains on the ceiling. Price is my biggest complaint. It was balloon fiesta so they increased the prices tremendously! With taxes and fees paid $631.62 for two nights!!! Price gouging big time.

Showing improvements needs alot to be done still. Good location for the balloon festival and attractions. Didnt like the thin walls and can hear alot of noise. Could hear people upatairs running and taking a shower.

I was impressed with the hotels everything from the lobby to the rooms was in excellent condition. I especially loved that it didn’t stink. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The AC was working great.
