Room we were given was connected to another room by only one door. 1st night people in other room talked a lot and it was very annoying and the second night the couple fought a lot during the night which caused us to have to leave early, before breakfast, because we were unable to sleep. Will never take a conneting room unless requested!! Staff was very helpful and nice.

Overall had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE ALL THE WAY AROUND FROM CHECK IN TO OUR WHOLE STAY. We got into town and had a late check-in at 12 PM. As soon as we get there the parking lot was filled cars hauling trailers or cargo which wasnt a big deal. However, once we get in in checking the room, they put us in was filthy. The floors did not even look cleaned. The room stunk, there was hair all over the beds and mattresses hair all over the floor crumbs all over the counters in the cabinet. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the tub. So I went downstairs to complain and let them know. I was not happy about the room. The lady continued to tell me that she had to be transferred three times on her trip in florida, which had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with me or my family, stay at their hotel in New Mexico. Pretty much basically telling me it was not a big deal and I should be satisfied that she's moving me rooms. Mind you The next room we get sent to is still a little dirty/improperly cleaned by staff but the bedding looked clean so @ this point it was 1:28 & we had got there @ 12:07 & traveling with my 3 kids 2 french bulldogs & my wife everyone is beat @ that point so we decide to just go to sleep. The following morning, we get up to take showers. There's only 2 towels in the room. We ask housekeeping, if we can get more. We're told that the towels in the room are supposed to accommodate the guests. There or we had to go down to the office and request more. I went down to the office to request some and they had let me know. That they didn't have any at the and they said it would be at least an hour to 2 hours before we got more towels. My wife got ready and we decided to leave out of frustration when I came back to the hotel later on that evening. I had requested our room to be cleaned by room service. Well, when I get back, I was told that they had checked me out of the unit and was not going to be in there no more that I was only supposed to be there for one night. Argued with the lady at the front desk for at least twenty minutes before she realized she made the mistake of thinking I was in room two twenty, which the guest had already checked out of and I was in room 320. So the whole time me and my wife and my children, we're sitting there worried or wondering what had happened to all of our belongings that were in the room that we had left there because she told us we were checked out. She proceeded to call her manager and her manager, who is the corporate manager. Corrected her and let her know to give me my key to my room and get me in it. As soon as possible because I had contacted her earlier that day about all the problems still nothing has yet to be done I have not been refunded anything to my card or had any complimentary service in replacement, for minor my family's hassle and troubles during our travel with

I booked my stay on hotels.com and paid, then the hotel itself charged me the same rate again. I’ve called 3 times over the past week and they still haven’t fixed it. The first time they said the manager would be in later. The second time they said a manager would be in the next day. I waited a few days before calling again. The third time, they said they didn’t know if a manager was there, and said that someone else called earlier that day with the same issue!!! I feel like I might have to end up doing a chargeback because this is ridiculous. Not to mention the room wasn’t even that clean, it was super dusty under the beds.

Lady at counter argued with me that I only had 1 room when I had 2. Wasn’t til she actually looked at the stack of papers that she saw I had 2. Very noisy! The people above us must’ve been doing flips all night. Wasn’t able to sleep and also very limited parking. Would not stay at this location again. Disappointing for a La Quinta property.

The shower water did not get hot. The heater was blowing cool are when it was on heat so the room was cold. There was mold on the bath tub and the window seal. Anther then that customer service was great

The front desk at check in did not know what they were doing took 30+ minutes to check in and they kept only giving us 24 hr room cards. The room was very dirty. We found eyelashes and garbage in bathroom. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. We got bed bugs. We stayed 6 nights did not receive room service once even after call the front desk and asking they said they clean every 3 days. Ended up putting our garbage outside the door. There was a fire alarm at 1 am which was a very rude awakening and caused everyone to evacuate and stand outside. Checked out early wish I had taken more photos beforehand. I would not recommend this hotel.
