Paid in full and checked in the night before with a request for a first floor room to make bringing my belongings in easier for me after having had a surgery. Arrived and given a 3rd floor room then told there were no first floor rooms available on a Wednesday at 4:30pm and a relatively empty parking lot. Highly doubt that. Especially when I watched a dozen of people check in hours after me. Upon arriving to the 3rd floor room the air conditioning was not working. Had to lug all of my things to a 2nd floor room to find that there is no hot water at 10 pm. I would definitely not stay here again.

Our room is spacious, comfortable bed, with microwave & refrigerator(not cooling enough). Also we have sofa bed. Their complimentary breakfast were the same on both days we're there. Not too many choices.

As soon as you walk in, the entire place smells strongly of dogs, and there’s dog hair all over the hallways and carpets, which are noticeably dirty. The website claims the hotel is newly renovated, but the bathroom walls in our room were damp and visibly damaged, with signs of rot. Definitely not what we expected based on the online description.
