I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our 5th-floor room was located near a renovation site, which generated significant noise early in the morning. Although the room was clean, it had a pervasive dust smell. The following morning, we received an unexpectedly loud knock from housekeeping at 9 am. When I inquired about the check-out time, the staff member explained that he was conducting room checks and would return at 11 am. The check in ladies were really nice. The only reason i rated a 2 for staff is because of the housekeeping employee who went knocking around really loud!!!

Condition of the property was clean, however the interior hallways showed several doors that appeared to have been kicked in at one point. the room itself, the door latch was broken off, the bedding had stains (looked like marker) the toilet seat and flooring had cigarette burns everywhere.

Tv remote didn’t work so couldn’t use tv. First room they gave us had an ozone machine running so had to go back down and request a different room. Breakfast was awful. My bagel was rock hard. Desk attendant at check in was wonderful though.

Beware!

Someone tried to break into our room twice at 3am!! First i thought it must have been someone at the wrong room. Second time they got the door open! I had the lock thing on so they didnt get in. It was terrifying. When we called front desk they said they would look into it. When we call again they said it was them, they didnt realize anyone was in that room. It was all too shady for my benefit. We also realized a little too late the deadbolt was broken in our room. We stayed the rest of the night in our friends room. Didnt get any sleep. Wth!!!

Our room was not clean to the point of not wanting to touch door handles. Room had a funky stale odor of old smoke. Vanity faucet shot water everywhere. TV did not work. Front desk did not answer their phone. Desk clerk had a poor attitude because their computer system was down. Very disappointing experience.

No Sleep at This Stay

The hotel appeared old and dingy. Even though it was a non-smoking environment, the hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The first room we went into appeared clean as far as dusted and clean sheets, but dingy and very smelly. Like someone left their dirty, sweaty work clothes there. The second room was the same as far as cleanness but the TV didn't work, the bathroom floor was not deeply cleaned under the counter, no blanket, just sheets and a thin sheet-like bed cover on the beds. Traffic noise was horrible.

When we arrived the front desk was unfriendly. Didn’t explain anything - I kept having to ask questions to find out what was happening and where things were at. The couch in the room was GROSS!!!! Breakfast was limited options with warm yogurt, water, milk.

UNSATISFACTORY CONDITIONS!

I was very unimpressed after paying 230$ And finding all of this. Then when I went to the front desk with the COCKROACH. The Blue haired lady said and I quote "This is Albuquerque, they're everywhere" I'm sorry correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe they're IN HOTEL ROOMS. Not amused one bit! This was NOT what I had in mind for a fun family weekend with my kids.

Room was very basic. Bathroom was not what I expected. Double doors, hard to close, hair on floor and in tub. Drain in tub clogged. 4 flies flying around. Room was smelly
