The staff was very friendly. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. Went to take a shower and stepped on what I thought was a bathtub mat in the bathtub but turned out to be a big piece of tape that was either covering up a hole or soft spot in the floor of the bathtub/shower. Also the vending machine was out of soda in the vending machine.

The hole property smelled horrible, I asked for non smoking room because we have a baby and one of the rooms smelled like smoke, pillows were horrible and bed supper noise, towels were stained with blood or something that looked similar and also the bed sheets, I will never stay in this place again or recommend to anyone

The room was clean, but there was something like a cigarette hole on a blanket, and most importantly, the mini fridge was completely warm and not working. It was plugged in but not functioning. We had things we wanted to store in the freezer, so that was a huge minus for us. The toilet seat also could not be opened completely because of the shelf over it. Generally, the room was outdated and seemed like it was in mild disrepair. Overall, we paid too much for this experience. Maybe it's because it was overnight during Balloon Fiesta on a Friday, but this was NOT worth the $300.00 we spent for one night. Just know what you're getting when you stay here, and maybe call ahead and make sure you get a room with a working fridge if that will be important to you.

Booked it as we needed quick sleep on our road trip. Room had a broken safety latch that was broken with missing screws. Bathroom door didn’t close because it was broken and warped. Bed sheets had a cigarette burn in a non smoking room, I smelled the neighbor smoking all night. I paid $154 for a room that should’ve been $65-$70. We told the guy at check out, he said ‘I’ll make a note of that” with zero sincerity. But we got sleep and that was the goal.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean & beds were comfortable. Family owned & met a few long term guests who were so nice as well! Its not fancy but that is ok!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very nasty dirty filthy the toilet handles broken. The sinks are all cracked up and the water barely comes out the sink faucet. A lot of strange things going on with and people sleeping on the sidewalk just outside the hotel and inside the hotel because they had been down on their legs and they come and go as if there’s some kind of illegal drug trade going on, it’s very unsafe

Staff tried really hard but the hotel is really old and in desperate need of updating! Key cards had to be redone everyday. The elevator is disgusting. The breakfast is a joke- think mini donuts from a bag. Overpriced, dirty, and run down.

THIS PROPERTY WAS VERY NOISEY. BIG TRUCKS, LOUD CARS. TINY ROOM. NO WATER PRESSURE. GROSSLY OVERPRICED. EVEN THROUGH THERE WAS AN EVENT IN THE AREA IT WAS GROSSLY OVERPRICED. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THESE MICROTELS AGAIN. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

A nights stay.
Check-in was fast and easy. Lobby is dated and had a smell like someone had been cooking dinner. We were given a 3rd floor room overlooking the parking lot which was nice. The carpet though out appeared to be worn and had a musky smell to it. Room was adequate for a nights rest. Street noise is very loud as you are near the freeway and main street in area. The hotel is close to fast food restaurants and convenience store. All in all is was ok. got some rest. price was good, but I think next time. I'll look something a little better.
