I did not get to stay this night as I had an emergency come up and didn't make it to my reservation but the employees at the property and hotels.com agent we're all very friendly and helped me get everything resolved.

had to switch rooms due to door not opening. On my first morning at the hotel we had to reset my key card four different times and it still didn’t let me in the room and the front desk agent did not offer to help. He just said the only thing he can do is reset the key. All exterior doors only went out and were not accessible to get back in so it was very inconvenient to go to the dog potty area. The floor was peeling in my room.

Close to the Balloon festival
We snagged a last minute night to be able to attend an early morning at the balloon festival. We were surprised at how nice the facility was and the rooms. 24 hour coffee which was nice since we were up and out by 5 am.
