I'd go back

Upon checking in, I foundout the room that I booked and paid for was a queen size bed and a smoking room, all of a sudden wasn't available anymore. Ivwad put onto a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds and the price was increased and I was charged more for their mistakes and it wasnt a smoking room. After booking and paying for any room in advance, and the staff at the motel makes a mistake by renting it out t someone else, the price should stay same as well as the details that are on the itinerary. Changing everything to what you didn't want and charging more, not honoring their own receipt or itinerary for that stay raises a red flag on the integrity of the business. I ended up being short $37 for other things I was suppose to buy. Very disappointing. I won't be doing any business with motel 6 in Bernalillo New Mexico again. They'll leave the light on for you

Be aware

No staff no Microwave no mini fridge and you can hear people in the conjoining rooms like they are in the room with you. Cleaning staff in the morning was yellin and laughing.

Had a good stay

The man who helped me check in, was so friendly and helpful. Inside the place was very clean and my room was clean and comfortable. The only issue that is more reflection of the guests who stay there, is that in all the areas outside the hotel there was dog poop, and lots of it. I don’t understand how people can take their dogs out to poop and not pick it up, but in every area of rocks around the hotel that you pass, there was lots of dog poop. I wouldn’t expect the hotel to have to clean it up, but perhaps they could make sure somehow their guests do it or charge a fee if they don’t pick up after their dog. Overall, the state was very good and I appreciate it.

Regular motel 6 with typical old furnishings. But this one has the best bed and pillows thus far. I got the suite which was a surprise as i like having a large space esp with my 2 cats. Thank you.

The property is old and falling apart. We found 2 cockroaches; the beds were extremely thin and uncomfortable, they didn't have any extra towels, tried taking a shower, and water leaked everywhere; our neighbors were up all night and set off their fire alarm at 4am; our stay was extremely uncomfortable and did not get any rest.

Run away!! Do not stay at this location

I would camp in my car before I would stay at this hotel again. We left after the first night. Dirty, filthy, shabby, crappy, sketchy to the max! We would not have even stayed the first night if a planned 5 night stay except that we didn’t check in until almost midnight and had no other choice. Did not even want to lay on the bed, the sheets and pillow cases were discolored and worn out (not to mention the long hair that was in the sheets when I pulled the covers back. For some reason this room had a jetted tub! Would not dare step foot in to it - the whole room was just gross! Unfortunately we had prepaid for the room. They offered a different room but it was no better. The couch had holes in it big enough to put your hand in and a huge soft spot in the floor. Oh yeah, and a used towel still hanging on the hook on the bathroom door. The staff was very nice though. I’m sure they have to put up with a lot of crap. They probably deserve combat pay for working there!!

The rooms were absolutely terrible. Booked a suite and it was a joke. Significantly disgusting questionable stained couches with holes, Had to change rooms 6 times and the last one I just said forget it bc I was tired and couldn’t get a refund. aC unit dials were broken off so you couldn’t control the temperature. Front desk person could care less. Only stayed for a few hours and then left.
