Friendly people. Restaurant owner and staff were excellent and food very good. I do NOT like that when housekeeping cleans the rooms, they leave everyones dirty sheets, towels and their trash in the hallways for several and even over night. These items should be removed as rooms are cleaned

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The beds are very comfortable. I slept as if I was in my own bed! Convenient location and a great price for what you get. I recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay in Albuquerque.

Balloon Fiesta
The Nativo was a welcome change from the Hotel Chains, Once you enter you’re transported into another realm. The front desk sets the tone with a true “Welcome” to the Nativo, after that settle into a cultural wonderland with all the modern amenities

Great staff, very accommodating. Nice amenities. Lovely external view of building and public areas. Room was rather dull - no pictures. One chair - had to ask for another, which they brought. No hair dryer - had to ask and they found one. Shower shampoo holder broken. Seemed like a tired and inconsistent hotel but with nice staff. Prices elevated for balloon fiesta - not surprising.
