Housekeeping didn’t clean bed as they claim a personal item was on bed which there was not.

Beautiful place and convenient location

I was treated very great at check-in. But when checking out, I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes or so in order to check out. Not sure what happened but other than that, the stay at this hotel was excellent!

Stayed here for the Balloon Fiesta and it was perfect for that - nearby, the rideshare took about 10 mins. The hotel provided some snacks and coffee early morning for people off to the fiesta. The art and decor were really good. It gave the place real character. The food for lunch and dinner in the restaurant were very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even better if… some of the gym equipment wasn’t working. Would recommend and would stay again.

Staff was friendly, although not always knowledgable about the local area. Front desk staff should have a quick fact sheet of local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. handy to share with guests. On location restaurant is owned by a different company and hopefully will pick up more business moving forward. Pool area is nice - indoor/outdoor areas. Accessibility to rte. 25 is great...easy access to Balloon Fiesta!

Shout out to maintenance and housekeeping crew.

We didn’t really use all the services offered but we did have a problem with the A/C. Alerted a housekeeper after a few minutes of no response from front desk and housekeeper sent up 2 of the nicest and friendliest maintenance guys I ever met. Had us up and running in minutes. To be fair it was check in time so front desk probably hand their hands full. They did end up texting back to let us k ow if we needed anything else let them know.

I love the artists room we arayed at. It was unique and showed the cumture in NM, in the morning at 7, deom a distance, we saw hot air balloons pass by our balcony windows.

Not too happy!

The side of our bedframe had dry throwup on it. The shower curtain had a dirty wash rag still hanging on it. We have stayed here before this was our first bad experience.

The staff was great. There as some tissue and trash behind each nightstand that we only saw because we had to move nightstands to plug in our phone charger. Other than that the room was clean. The in door/outdoor pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. We would stay here again.
