Features of the room were outdated...carpet, sofa, sink fixtures, etc. Our door would not open all the way due to hitting the floor. TV was situated where it was not easily viewed from sitting area. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast included hot items each morning. Check in and out was quick and efficient.

I didn’t get to stay in this hotel, got caught in the middle of the snowstorm, it was unsafe to keep driving to the hotel. The staff was not understanding of my unsafe situation had no sympathy and refused to give me a refund so I can stay at a closer hotel to were I was.

We had joining rooms, which is what I requested. My son slipped at the swimming pool and bumped his head. He slipped again outside of the swimming pool when going to the bathroom as the floor was wet.

Clerks are. Very helpful and attentive. , at room. Under the sheets Had some particles of something. I just threw it on floor. I was wondering if they were really changed pillows didn't smell good at all bathroom was fairly clean. pool area was OK not many towels and also the water wasn't clean , very noisy ins room cou hear every loud car, helicopter, people walking by, door slamming , had a sleepless night untill I covered my ears, I would adk for s refund if I could

I guess it could have been worse.
Every single night (we stayed for 6 nights), we had to go to the front desk for new room keys because ours no longer worked when we tried to enter our room. One of the nights we had to go back twice! They reprogrammed our keys first, which still didnt work when we got back to our room. Had to go back to the front desk, where they gave us brand new keys. Also, our bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Oh, and beware. They say your room number for everyone in the lobby to hear. Not the greatest policy.
