Great overnight stay
Perfect for an overnight stay. Hot breakfast was perfect before hitting the road. Only complaint is the pillows were very small, about half the size of a regular pillow.

This was one of the best places I've stayed. It had all the conveniences and was well maintained. I don't know if it was the manager or owner, i think owner, but he was very attentive of his employees making sure all was good for his guests. I was very impressed with his customer service. I certainly want to thank him, we were treated like family.

There were homeless people wandering the parking lot upon arrival, making it very uncomfortable to get out of my car. One of them was walking with a sign that read Spare change?

The front desk person was not warm AT ALL! No smile, and always sighed (or maybe that's how he breathes?), just not a person you expect to be manning a front desk. Room was pretty nasty (old, dirty and smelly carpet), aahhhh need I describe everything? The rooms need to be redone. It's not the first time I've had this experience with Choice Hotels. Will never stay in any Choice Hotels again...and will tell friends too.

Bad area of town with lots of homeless. Building is really old and needs some improvements. Woke up at 11pm by kids jumping above us. Had to complain but it didn’t stop til after midnight.

Would’ve left earlier if not too tired to drive.
Scary part of town. Room/hotel needs updating. Staff were nice enough. Electric went off for a few hours during the night, which means no a/c, and the a/c was barely enough to cool the room a little in the first place. The shower randomly shut off and you had to play with it to get it to start again (NOT fun with soapy hair and freezing!)

For solo travelers
We ended bony staying the night. We got another hotel in a different part of town and wasted the money .Definitely for solo travelers trying to save a buck… lots of activity around the hotel that did not make us feel comfortable. Signs everywhere that warned you about not leaving anything in your car. I happen to have a lot of things on the back of my truck that I just did not feel comfortable leaving out.
