Luke at the front desk was great and accommodating and changed our room for our convenience.(handy-capped) no elevator. The facilities need some upkeep. The staff was great and breakfast was ok. Price was good.

I wanted to preface this by saying that I have worked in the hotel industry and I have been a head housekeeper, so I know the dos and don’ts of hotel management. I Stayed one night at the property. Check in was easy and the guy was very friendly. However the room was not the cleanest. The bathroom smelled awful and the shower did not drain. I asked for a late checkout and the front desk guy said that was totally fine. However at 11:35 there was banging on my door and the manager screaming that I had to get out. I explained that I requested a late checkout and he told me that the latest I could be there was till 11:30. He told me very rudely that I had to leave right away. I understand the need to clean the room for the next guest in a timely manor but I was never told of a specific time and was treated like I had committed a crime even after I explained this. I am very noticeably pregnant and the front desk clerk who was screaming management was very unpleasant and impolite with his answers. I will never stay here again. The location of hotel was very nice and safe. Parking was great. But was not worth the rudeness of the one staff member.

Overall the stay was good. I was not impressed with the cold eggs and cleanliness of the eating area of the Inn. Getting free breakfast is a search quality for me so I was a little disappointed.

Sketchy at best
If you are looking for something safe don’t choose this place. Staff is really nice and helpful but the area is awful. Crack heads constantly in the parking lot and in the building. Our oldest son and our 2 grandkids went to breakfast. They were gone 12 minutes. The door didn’t snap shut completely. On the cameras you can see 3 crack heads come down the hallway checking doors. The were in and out of the room in seconds. iPhone and a backpack were stolen. Obviously they do this all the time because they knew where the cameras are and avoided showing their faces.

As soon as you walk in the bleach smell is very overpowering. I figured the pool was the reason but going upstairs into our room the smell was so strong in the restrooms I felt sick. The tvs didn’t work the ac didn’t hold 72 degrees.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Very quiet and very friendly staff. If I could change one thing, it would be the cleanliness of the room and beds. Oh and I do wish the sauna was working.

Noisy as F....
Bathroom was real dirty, coffee maker had white powder in it. Smell of smoke in the room. Walls are thin I could hear the people next door. Unpleasant stay to much noisy people next door.
