Typical motel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Didn’t eat the breakfast as the kitchen staff was having a hard time keeping up with the customers who kept going back for seconds and more.

The room Was cold when I entered and noticed that the air was on. I changed it to heater and it just blew out cold air. The shower was dirty and had hair all over it. The sheets smelled of sewage and clocks. In the morning, I discovered bedbugs on the mattress.

An airport shuttle is advertised which is why we booked. It wasn't until we got there that we found out it did not run early in the morning. We were told to leave out keys in the room and then almost got locked out; fortunately, I left the door open so we could go back for the key. Don't stay here if you need a 24/7 shuttle.

Favorite Airport Stay in ABQ
My favorite place to stay when flying in late, or out early, in Albuquerque. The staff has always been great and it's an excellent value, quiet and comfortable, right at the airport.
