Only selected this hotel because they said they had shuttle service to the airport but when we arrived they said our flight was too early. The receptionist was nice and gave us $10 off for the inconvenience. The Uber however, was $16.53. The room was in the back and rather creepy. The door looked like it had been prayed open at some point so getting it to lock properly was difficult. None of the lamps were plugged in so we had to move the bed and furniture to get lighting and then the soap dispensers didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay there again but the customer service was pleasant.

It was horrible. I was traveling and had been driving 12hrs. Just needed a hot bath. The front desk was horrible, the room was dirty, the tub was filthy and the bathroom had an Oder. There were bugs in the room. I complained to front desk but nothing. No clean room instead they asked me for a $50 deposit.

Ramada near the sunport

It was cwry comfortable and I felt safe with my children. The staff were awesome. The rooms was clean and had easy access. I lovwd staying at the Ramada. I recommend it to everyone.

Right price and just what we needed for ourhort overnight in Albuquerque. With plenty of dining options nearby we easily grabbed a bite to eat before bed. Room was clean, beds were comortable. A yummy hot breakfast ( eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy and green Chile awaited is in the morning all g with friendly staff.
