Older hotel that has seen its best days behind it. Leaking or broken bathroom faucets, tvs that sorta work or don’t work, old musty-smoke odors, hot tub with no jets and a hotel in need of a lot of updating.

Is by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. It was so disgustingly dirty, and stunk really bad and there was lots of moldy smell. I had a headache within just a few few minutes of being inside the room.

I utilized two rooms while I stayed there. The first room had issues with the toilet not flushing and the tv picture being all messed up and fuzzy. Additionally, the shower was “clean” but terribly stained. I asked to change rooms, and the staff was more than obliging. My second room had a working toilet, but the tv picture was in and out, and after a couple of hours, just out. On top of that, I was stranded outside my room when the key card worked but door handle didn’t. The staff was once again more than obliging to help me, but I didn’t bother leaving my room after that because I didn’t want to be inadvertently locked out again. 50% of my key cards never worked. The hot tub didn’t have a way to turn the jets on, either. While the staff was excellent, the building, rooms and accommodations are horrible.

They literally tried to streal from me and after spending the last 3 hours telling my story to every customer service agent they have and being gaslit, lied to, falsely accused., put on hold, transferred, just to start at the beginning im too tired to explain it all again here but trust me this is not an honest company at least not this location or ROB working the front desk in Albuquerque as he literally told me im not his problem and hung up on me ive had to become the most annoying customer alive just to get an actual response and even then they tried to deny my refund. $66 vs. a giant cooperation? Really?

Towels and bedding were clean. AC worked, as did the refrigerator. Room price was cheap, $78. Two out of three ice machines were broken and only at one end of the hotel on each floor. Water pressure was poor, taking a shower was like showering in the rain. Surrounding area not safe at night. Room electrical outlets unsafe, half plastered over, boxes loose in the wall. Hotel doesnt look like pictures, its run down and poorly maintained. They offer airport shuttle service but they dont answer the phone for pickup. I took an uber. The location is out of the way, a $16 uber ride one way minimum to anywhere. Used to be a nice hotel.

I had to change rooms three times because they were so filthy. There was hair in one of the sinks. I could never get a hold of customer service to get a new refrigerator. It was leaking and loud and had ice frozen over it. Also, the sink was not draining and the air conditioners in the hall were broken

This is an old hotel that has seen better days. Interior needs a complete overhaul. Only one restaurant there, and it was closed Sundays and Mondays. Sketchy neighborhood, road to the hotel was torn up, had go around the neighborhood to get to the hotel. Not a good place for your money.
