Was switch to 3 different rooms. 1st room had mold 2nd room dirty cigarette ashes in bed and on head board . 3rd had a hole/crack where some one was pushed through wall from floor to ceiling front dest said it was fine and balcony was not cleaned dirty socks out there .

Called ahead trying to verify if the hot tub was working and was told it was by an employee. When we got there the jets were still broken. Service was ok. The incidentals charge was ridiculously high compared to the cost of the room.

Check in is at 3 pm but my room wasn't ready til 4 pm which was a problem because I had to get ready for a function. The room was ok except for the sheets not fitting the mattress 🙄 the curtains were tore up, the view was not what I expected but the bed & pillows were comfy. There was enough towels & no problems with the tv. And giving a $100 deposit without getting a receipt is kinda sketchy, especially if you're pay cash.

Due to state of emergency declared by both state of me mexico and the states of colorado road closure and snow...i was not able to make it and called to cancel which was never done sierra was rude and stated no manager was available on property until after 3 which i cake back and was told suerra was managment she was only person who could handle the problem. Ramada took 200 and refuses to return it.

I kept having to remind myself the room was $63/night. I forgot to take pics. The furniture was old and broken. The couch was old and dirty. There was other peoples hair stuck to the bathroom walls and looked as if they were painted over. Other peoples hair in the bathtub before we used it. The shower knobs didnt match, but the worked lol. The ceiling was peeling in the restroom. The second floor smelled awful. And the smell of cigarette smike woke me up a few times a night. And there was a cockroach walking in the restroom.

The stay was ok not what i had in mind of the area. Back of property was sketchy with homeless people hanging around. Suspicious looking rides driving around customer vehicles. As for entrances some werent locking properly or a rock was wedged to keep it from locking which led to some homeless/druggies roaming around inside hallways.
