Our room had blood everywhere, sheets, bedspread, ironing board, telephone. Mud on the chair. The room smelt of smoke. Dirtiest room I have ever been booked into.

Balloon Festival 2024
Went for the Balloon Festival hotel is close to the event. Check in was fast and lobby nice. No spa or Jacuzzi😪 . Room need to be vacuumed and mopped and wipe down. But the bed was super comfy we slept wonderfully. Ready for the 4am Balloon launch. It was amazing! Room served its Purpose!!!

We had a lot of things wrong with our room. Lotion and shampoo dispenser didn’t work, sink leaked, shower pull almost impossible to pull up, looked like someone dropped red paint in the bathroom which gave it a creepy bloody look. The towels were so tiny it didn’t cover sensitive body parts and I was staying with a friend so it just made things difficult. Beds were comfortable though.

The room smelled. Then I noticed a bunch of dead roaches all over the room and a live baby roach in the bathroom. We checked out and didn’t stay there. The guy at the desk was very nice about it - offered us a room on the third floor but we declined. The area of the hotel was rough as well. We did get a full refund.

If I could I wouldn’t give 1 star rating, first of all there was a cockroach in the lobby area front desk, but the lady who was there was friendly and attentive then the room was dirty, and there was not body wash, and nobody was able to assist and bring it to the room, in the morning during the check out the staff was not professional at all, I do not recommend this place and we have to move the vehicle two times since the place was unsafe.

Pricing is better than other hotels, and the property is kept clean. However, the condition of the property is poor, and needs an uplift badly. The neighborhood is not great either, You are advised to drive, not walk, even to the stores next door. Too many homeless people.

First pull up junkies in the parking lot shooting up got to our room door was screwed together with plywood room was filthy third floor My wife found a large cockroach several needles on the ground outside and what looks prostitution on the side to top it off no joke we found two random bullets chilling in the parking lot Don't stay don't go find somewhere else

Fantastic people!
The guest attendant at night was absolutely fantastic, I appreciated how she was handling my check in as well as requests from a few other guests at once. She really made it easy and gave me the attention I needed.
