The desk attendant was very accommodating and efficient. She was also very helpful to check my brother's TV as he couldn't get some of the channels. We were very pleased she gave us a ground floor room when we asked. It's very good value for the location. We will stay here again.

They charge me a deposit of 100 dollars no big deal but they actually keep the deposit because I didnt stay there cuz of how nasty the place was can’t believe they keep the deposit!

What an amazing find! The beds are super comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and the area around the hotel very safe so much so that I didn’t have any problems with leaving things in my car overnight. The room was spotless, very clean. But the best part was the breakfast with lots of choices especially healthy food like fruits and yogurt. The coffee was excellent. You won’t go wrong staying here! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Was told via phone call a deposit wasn’t required, upon check in they required a 100 dollar deposit. The room door is plastered. The door had to be slammed shut and yanked to properly close. I was threatened by the office staff about loosing my deposit when I attempted to take the continental breakfast out of the lobby. The front office staff was extremely rude. I had to go to a gas station to get something to drink because their vending machines would not dispense. One of the front office staff threw a lite cigarette into the stair well when he was done smoking.

So - So
It was acceptable. Part of the coffee pot was missing, which I had to pick up from the office in order to use the machine. The glass tray was missing from the microwave, and was finally replaced 4 days after check in after several requests. I could not use the microwave regardless due to the strong smell coming from the microwave stinking up anything heated up. The room phone also did not work for several days and took a few requests to fix. Staff was nice and room was decent.
