Lovely customer service. Loved the layout of our two bedroom suite. The couch had several cigarette burns in it. And the entire right arm was broken, so couldn’t lean up against it at all. Pool looked nice, even though we didn’t have time to use it. They did run out of towels so we couldn’t get any extras. Overall, for Albuquerque, it was centrally located with lots close by.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was dirty(stains on bedding and mattress for hide a bed, kitchen dirty), microwave didn’t work, and bathroom door came off hinges. Received a call from manager two days before our trip telling me our room had flooded (I booked a 2 bedroom suite) so we had to be placed in two separate hotel rooms. Thankfully they were able to give us two rooms next to each other.

Everything was great. The lounge area had a children’s table for coloring and wooden blocks for them to create. In all my years of traveling I have never seen this. Children loved it and we enjoyed seeing them! The staff were exceptional!

The room well equipped, and clean. Well, it was easy access to, and from the freeway, the traffic noise was very noticeable in our unit. At times it made it difficult to sleep. The staff was very kind and we felt well taken care of.

I didn't just give 5 stars carelessly. This place is 100% worth it. Anything undesirable about my stay here has nothing to do with sonesta. It would be the loud cars that occasionally pass by. Other than that, the unit I was in which was a standard unit I think (106/night for a week from Expedia) was equivalent to a fully furnished $2000/month apartment. It was honestly kind of astounding. Would love to stay there again. Technically I'd live there if I could afford it. But I can't. Well. It's okay I'll live.

All staff including security was nice they all greeted Except one gentleman in front desk when we got there he didn’t say nothing till I told him we had reservations. He couldn’t say welcome or at least hi something but nothing. Breakfast was late the 2 days, 2nd day lady said as soon as we walked in breakfast not ready she a little rude. I loved that there was security day n night.
