Great stay. Room is more like a studio apartment, with a full kitchen (even a dishwasher!). It was nice making an actual pot of coffee. Bed was comfy, couch was nice, even had a fireplace, though we didn't use it as it wasn't cold. Would stay again if I ever find myself in Albuquerque.

This is the 3rd time I have chosen to stay at this property. I find it very comfortable. The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. It's important to me that they are pet friendly. There aren't large spaces to walk the dog, but it's enough. This visit I was given dog biscuits, which was very thoughtful. I will come back again.

Lovely customer service. Loved the layout of our two bedroom suite. The couch had several cigarette burns in it. And the entire right arm was broken, so couldn’t lean up against it at all. Pool looked nice, even though we didn’t have time to use it. They did run out of towels so we couldn’t get any extras. Overall, for Albuquerque, it was centrally located with lots close by.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was dirty(stains on bedding and mattress for hide a bed, kitchen dirty), microwave didn’t work, and bathroom door came off hinges. Received a call from manager two days before our trip telling me our room had flooded (I booked a 2 bedroom suite) so we had to be placed in two separate hotel rooms. Thankfully they were able to give us two rooms next to each other.

Everything was great. The lounge area had a children’s table for coloring and wooden blocks for them to create. In all my years of traveling I have never seen this. Children loved it and we enjoyed seeing them! The staff were exceptional!

The room well equipped, and clean. Well, it was easy access to, and from the freeway, the traffic noise was very noticeable in our unit. At times it made it difficult to sleep. The staff was very kind and we felt well taken care of.
