The inn was a good choice for us on our motorcycle trip. Parking was convenient and the area was safe enough. There were homeless people about (not just in this area though) but they didn't bother anything or approach anyone. The check-in clerk was very friendly and efficient. The room was fine, beds comfortable, water hot, sufficient space overall. It was just the ticket for an overnight stay. As a bonus, it was only a few blocks down from the old town and was on Route 66. As such, there was some road noise being so close to the Interstate and 66, but it was not bad. We'd stay there again.

You get what you pay for

We drove up to see an outdoor check-in, weather is below freezing; made me feel I was in an unsafe area. The clerk unlocked the lobby and let me in; check in was fine. The bathroom had two long black hairs in the sink, towels had stains and holes, and the toilet was the height of a preschool classroom.I could see through the doorframe but the heater took care of the incoming air. Bed was fine.
