Most repairs minor, but so many of them! Handles on drawers half hanging off, insufficient or sporadic lighting, lamp shade bent and switch bent so much almost unable to turn it, shower head barely fixed and not working properly, pool was gross (don't think it was open), fitness center closed for remodel (guess something was getting fixed), and noisy, although the property can't be held responsible for young adults racing back and forth on the street and revving engines.

By miracle I was able to find this little gem last minute after an emergency trip was made me made my booking online. This place is cozy quiet and full of charm the staff is nothing short of amazing especially since I had made my booking on line and unfortunately the room was supposed to get the other guest decided to do A last min extension. The manager/front desk went above and beyond to accommodate and upgraded my room free and was still able to keep the accommodations of mobility for myself and my mother. The fact that he was willing to ensure I got my room during such a troubling time and still keep the accommodations met just shows that this gem is above it's class. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We definitely be coming back. The beds a comfy the rooms are clean and location can't be beat, close to lots of dining options and being close to tingle beach the zoo and botanical gardens is definitely a perk. Thank you again

The room was nice and clean. My only concern was the amount of traffic on a Friday night (more like early Saturday morning) made it very difficult to sleep if at all. Appears to be a popular spot for drag racing at the stop light in front of the motel or at least was for our stay. I'm not a city person so maybe this is normal for the area.

The description says sound proof but we can hear snoring from the next room, talking and tv you can hear all the cars etc. Loud street noise. Definitely wasn’t sound proof. Breakfast was very very limited only thing hot was waffles they didn’t even have butter for bread. Parking was very limited. On top of everything I was charged twice once through Travelocity and when I got to the motel they said Travelocity didn’t send anything over when I asked about the 2nd charge they insisted that they only put a hold on my card for incidentals but it was clearly a charge on my card. If I were asked if I would stay there again it would definitely would say absolutely not. The only pro was the room was clean.

This is an older motel offering basic services. It was extremely clean. The fixtures are a little worn, but very adequate. breakfast area was clean and supplied with basics including waffles. The staff was friendly. It is all I needed for a sleep,shower and breakfast on my journey It was extremely clean. Some fixtures were somewhat worn.

The room was spacious and clean. It’s right off Route 66, so there’s a bit of road noise and some rough looking people about although no one bothered us. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property itself is nice, rooms are good and staff is great.. only reasons i didnt max the review out is hecause I got tne room partially for access to indoor pool that nobody mentioned was down and drained...yet we still pay "motel with pool prices" The only other complaint i have is the gas station across the way seems a haven for addicts after hours
