Only spent 1 night passing thru, everything was wonderful however would have liked to have video poker at the bar when having a drink. The staff , is wonderful in restaurants, security .

The hotel did not meet expectations, particularly given the price point. There were no complimentary alcoholic beverages, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were served in disposable plastic cups, which felt substandard. The room did not offer value for the rate charged, and overall, the property did not justify its cost. The layout included numerous entrances, making navigation confusing. The reception staff was not particularly welcoming, and the complimentary coffee provided was of poor quality. Additionally, there was a lack of proper dining options—most available food was limited to fast food.

Room was superb...bed was comfortable. Food was limited due to "Concert" which i think is absurd. Ive been to many hotel/casino that holds concerts and food nor drinks were limited. Lounge was same way. And the staff was not rude but not friendly either. Very dry sense of humor if any humor.
