I found myself laying in an actual depression in the bed. This particular mattress needs replacing. The Hotel staff also "disposed" of a very nice shirt I accidently left behind from my previous stay. I was told twice, the shirt has been located, but was not told of their 30-day disposal policy. I personally told the hotel manager that her staff lost a customer.

I used to travel between Alb and Santa Fe a lot for work, but hadn't been north of I-40 for over 10 years and was surprised to learn of this property. It was a last minute reservation that has turned into my husband and I already looking forward to staying there when we return to area again! Sooner than originally planned. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, while playing a machine a nice young security staffer came up to me and returned a $20 I had lost on the casino floor. I hadn't turned it in but they found it and must have looked at footage to be able to find me. I was shocked. The next morning we had a great breakfast that was delicious and plenty to eat. Would recommend ordering rhe side of fry bread!!! Yummy! We now wish we had gotten there sooner, and on a weekend, so we could have checked out the bowling alley and attended the comedy club. Checked out pool and gym area before we left and both looked clean and inviting. We look forward to returning there again soon!

It was quiet, felt safe with the parking lot being monitored 24/7, 24 hours a day, elevators accessible only with room key, plenty of dining options, clean rooms, friendly staff. Our only complaint was that the bathroom sink did not drain properly and the shower temp was difficult to maneuver.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Nice rooms, but the mattresses were a bit firm. Our bodies hurt after two nights. But we had fun in the casino and meals were convenient in the area. The rooms and the casino are very clean and very stylish.
