Crappy weekend:(
Swimming pool was shut down for a day and a half and the elevators were under maintenance. Overall, it was not a great time to visit Santa Ana. Normally, it’s a nice place to stay.

The front desk check in staff was very rude and unprofessional. Would not check us in any earlier because we requested a handicap accessible room and it wasn't cleaned yet. Instead of trying to accommodate and get the room cleaned sooner they made us wait not only until 4:00 but 20minutes after 4:00. Spoke to manager and she was worse than check in staff. Will not go back to this place

Best stay ever
This property was pristine! Large spacious rooms.. felt like a high roller in this facility! I've stayed at the Parker House in Boston, paid 3x as much and it didn't hold a candle to this hotel! Will definitely be back!
