So many things wrong. 1) room smelled like sewer....gave us a different room. 2) only provided one wash cloth and exactly 2 towels ( for 2 peple). Usualy you get at leadt one extra towel. 3) clock did not work (we used our phones). 4) went to bar/restaurant ... there were roaches! Everyone left the bar area.

This place is non smoking but smelled like smoke, had an immediate allergy reaction. My child ended up getting bites on both shins immediately after we checked out 20min from checking in. This place needs some major treatment physically and some pest control action.

Some small frustrations....
It may seem really picky, but the TV had very limited selection. I ended up at this hotel because of a very delayed flight and I just wanted to chill-out with some movie or such. Also, the AC did not seem to actually be doing any cooling -- just blowing air around.

Very disappointing for a Sheraton. Checked in, went to my room. Travelled by myself so I checked the entire room before settling in. Looked under the bed, there was trash and a handful of used tissues underneath - gross. Called the front desk to get a new room. Went into the new room and 2 out of 4 lamps did not work. Went downstairs to get another room - all I want is a clean room where everything works. Third room, cleaner and the lights worked - great. The bed was so squeaky and springy though, very uncomfortable. In the morning when I got in the shower, there was wads of hair in the drain - gross, again. Property probably hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Pictures make it look nicer than it is. I felt like I was staying in a hostel. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is rundown and dirty. The restaurant was closed, unbeknownst to the person at the front desk. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk and i had to wash my hands afterwards. At one time, this was a superior place to stay, but not anymore.

The property is very old & in need of upgrades. There is no central HVAC. Instead they have an outdated cooling system that the front desk rep. advised would not cool if the outside temperature was over 70 degrees. Our room stayed at 73 degrees or higher, even though the thermostat was set at 64 degrees. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. But the absolute highlight was the fire alarm went off about 8:45 am and we were on the 9th floor! Luckily it ended up being false alarm. I would not recommend this hotel!

The hotel needs major renovation quickly! The lobby was nice but the rooms awful. The first room we were assigned, the lights didn't work and it had a loud sound coming from the wall. The second room was dirty with an unmade bed and dirty towels on the floor! The third room was adequate, but just that. The only good thing about it was it's proximity to the airport. Find another hotel to stay at!
