No amenities like the ad for this hotel indicates
My sister and I rented two rooms. My room had no Kleenex. The pool was not available and neither was the weight room which were the two amenities we were really looking for. Additionally, we brought our pets as we looked for a pet friendly hotel but when my sister arrived at the policy, said no pets Asked, they said we have to pay an additional $10 fee per dog per night Also, in my sister‘s room, the smoke detector was completely covered with what appeared to be paper towels. There was no Kleenex there. The trash cans were full. We cannot put anything else in them outside of the rooms on both floors. It does not look like they dump them daily at all, finally Continental breakfast was horrible. It’s all prepackaged foods very unlike a typical continental breakfast in other hotels. We would not stay again.

Don't stay here.... ever!!
Absolutely worst hotel stay ever. The towels were black and dirty, the bed sheets had not been changed and were covered in hair, as well as other surfaces. The bathroom was gross and the bathtub was old and detiorating. The shower was spotty and corroded so there was not a steady stream of water. The elevator acted like it was going to get stuck at any moment, made horrible noises and the floornwas sticky. Absolute worst experience of my life.

Honestly we didn't even stay there we made reservations to take the kid swimming for his bday and the pool was closed because the roof caved in the manager wasn't in and we were told he would reimburse the stay but they never did I ended up renting a room at another quality inn with a pool for the kid but lost $100 honestly so diffently didn't like or enjoy the situation

Close to airport but Horrible place to stay. Electrical outlets did not have cover plates. The phone was not plugged in so just a prop which had absolutely NO indication as to how to call the front desk. I had to put the shoes back open and walk over to the office to address a sink which filled up once water was running and drained very slowly. Desk staff had NO remedy. We connected the land line phone to telephone wire but who knows if it really works at all. I asked for a 3:15 AM wake up call TWICE. Never did get one. There is some sort of hole in the celling in the shower/tub area. There was a refrigerator in the room but it was not plugged in either. There was no outlet to plug it into unless you unplugged the coffee maker and that outlet was not a GFI wall plug. I don't this conforms to code. As to breakfast, this place did not even have Black tea available, just old green tea packages. Have breakfast somewhere with edible food. Find another place to stay. Not this place.

Property was full of VERY “unsavory” clientele on the property, the first room the assigned us was under construction or something, the second room the assigned was filthy, carpets were stained and don’t look to have been changed in years, there was something in the sink that looked like foam such as drain cleaner that foams up, there was some type of mold or something under the sink that my service dog immediately started licking (hoping it doesn’t make her sick). We immediately went back to the office at this point to cancel our reservation and find somewhere that was clean and safe to rest.

Defective door lock. We were locked out for over an hour, with our clothes and meds locked inside. This had recurred over several days; you'd think they would have fixed it. Also toilet nastily clogged.

No Maintenance - Just Decay
They are just letting this place decay. Many things in the hotel are broken. In our room you had to reach into the tank to pull the chain to flush the toilet. One lamp flashed and sputtered. 3 light bulbs were missing. We told them about all of these and nothing was fixed in the 4 days we were there. We did not get any housekeeping service because they didn't have enough people. Breakfast was okay with waffles.

They never gave me my deposit back that I had to give in order for me to get my room. The whole stay just sucked because there were holes in the ceiling. The neighbors were loud. The stupid elevator was outside. The bed was uncomfortable. But I am really mad about my deposit. Getting the room was easy on the app but the app should mention that a deposit is necessary to book this room and it should say how much. I almost didn't have enough money to sleep that night and now I have no money because they never gave my deposit back.

The staff were pretty friendly. Our room could do with being painted. The walls and doors were stained with some sort of liquid and dirt. The pictures we saw online absolutely did not match the room we got. I was disappointed in Wyndham. We stay in a lot of Wyndham hotels. But will definitely review their properties more closely in the future.
