Decent stay, but the room really could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom, on the tub, in the drain, etc. pretty gross.

The best door for us to go in to get to the room was one of their outdoor side doors. We had a lot of issues getting our key to open it. We even went back and got another key. Then the office gal came out to try. We have no idea how, but she got the door open, but we never were able to get it to work.

The overall condition was run down and dirty. Furniture was stained and nasty. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Drains not working properly.

This place is awesome. Property was way above what i expected for the price i paid. Its clean. They did have 1 door not working but it was really no inconvenience. I also noticed it had all yhe handicapped stuff. Ramps etc. Even chair high peep holes on the doors

Not the best hotel but definitely not the worse. Housekeeping could do a better job. The workmanship of painting etc could have been much better the drawer was broken in the dresser the sink was the right height for a 4 year old and the breakfast was just ok

The beds were comfortable. The property seemed reasonably clean, but when we arrived, there was a cockroach in the middle of the floor. The wi-fi was spotty, and there was no water available to drink at breakfast.

Only one of three lights/outlets worked. The table in the room was filthy as it had obviously not been cleaned. The sidewalk outside the door closest to our room was uneven (about 2” rise from the adjacent slab) and my wife caught her foot on it, fell, and sprained her wrist.

Emerson is always friendly and helpful during check in. Channi was very gracious to reserve a specific room which I had requested. Was pleasantly surprised to see and use a new reading/lounge chair in my room. Also, seems like room lighting has been upgraded.
