The property was fine. The front desktop and other stuff seemed overwhelmed, and in general they needed more people on hand. The pool is closed the entirety of my day. They claimed it was due to weather issues. But honestly, there was no reason for the will to be closed. There was occasional sprinkles from the sky, but there was never any thunder or lightning or anything like that. So it was really annoying because I stayed here specifically to have access to the pool.

Staff were very friendly but the hotel was filthy. There was dirt and dust in every corner. The carpet was disgusting, there were toenail clippings on the carpet in our room. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

Loved It! Older hotel but still has nice amenities. They have nice cute stores and 5 star spa inside as well! Room was clean and spacious! I didn’t get bothered by room service in the morning even without the DND on… definitely recommend this room. Nice friendly, straight to the point staff.
