The overall hospitality of the Clyde hotel was amazing! We got ignored and looked over at check in by one gal. She helped the people behind us even though they said we were in front of them.

Here’s a refined version of your review: "This was my second stay here, and overall, it's always a pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is exceptional. However, there are a few things to note. If you have a low-profile sports car, navigating the parking garage can be tricky due to the curb height. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but they do feel a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, which could benefit from a modern update. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions in town. If you’re here on a Saturday, be sure to check out the wonderful farmers market just down the street!"

We enjoyed staying at the Clydes. I gave it a 4 stars because when we arrived our room smelled like mold, musty, and wet carpet. However, they immediately switched us to a new room and had a great stay. Customer service is on point. The hotel is old and need some tlc on some areas. Overall good for one night. We were just passing through the state on our way to San Diego.

We were there on a 50 states by 50 stop and this hotel was absolutely what we needed.. Clean and quiet. The restaurant downstairs was amazing.. only downsize was the salmon was too small..

Hidden deposit fee..
My only complaint about this place is that they need to update their deposit policy! When checking in I was told there will be a $50 per night hold for incidental charges! That is not mention in their policy. On top of that a $25 per night resort fee! I hate hidden charges! I prefer hotels that are honest and list all fees. Other than that is a nice place to stay. Friendly staff.

Went downtown for late lunch & almost got attacked by a guy strung out on drugs! Your property was exceptional but do not recommend walking around downtown! Very scary
