The onsite restaurant was great, the location was convenient. And the Route 66 motel was restored nicely. I wasn’t aware there was only valet parking, but it was fine. It did take a little longer than expected for them to have our room ready. For the price (i was there on business travel during the balloon fiesta) the property was awesome. I would stay there again for sure! Staff was friendly and accomodating.

This place was awesome. Sure you’re on central ave (the spot to avoid in DT ABQ), but you’re right next to the best brewery around and security is great. Staff were super nice and place was clean. Definitely pay for the valet if you don’t want your car broken into.

Noisy location with limited services. Loud music from the bar. Expensive parking. No place for bags with only a couple small drawers. Waited a long time for staff at front desk. Request for extra pillows was required multiple times. Rooms were clean, shower was nice. Wouldn’t likely stay here again.

Great room in a great place - liked the retro vibe and everything in the room was great. Nice coffee shop around the corner (Sammy's). Overall, best place I stayed in a 10-day stretch - the only down side was how noisy it was being right on Central/Route 66. Revving engines until well after midnight every night for 3 nights. Earplugs are supplied, but not ideal. If the noise doesn't bother you, I'd recommend.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It had an incredibly stocked refrigerator and snack bar in the room at a cost. The hotel staff were awesome and were able to get me into my room earlier than expected, and the bed was super comfy. and I even had some locally sourced springwater.

Worst front desk staff I have ever Encountered. Not helpful regarding ABQ highlights and things to do. Terrible by not allowing us to depart a day early. They fought with Expedia to allow it without charging for a full night that we were already gone. Do not stay at this dump.

Delightful

The room was super clean and the bed and pillows beyond comfortable! We slept like babies and loved the black out shades. The Pool and Restaurant were a treat too. The only downsides were that there was no coffee in the room and the front desk charged $3 for a paper cup of thermos coffee. Nickel and diming at those rates, drives me nuts. The front desk staff were a mixed bag. Some were super and others probably needed a little retraining in customer service. Valets and Security were all great. That said, there were a couple of unhoused people who were aggressive. I’m a well seasoned traveller and have encountered many people in similar circumstances. I’ve Never encountered folks who were this belligerent and offensive. It happened on the daily. There’s Nothing the hotel can do, but hopefully by now they’ve found the help they need.
