The staff is amazing! They followed up after my stay as I had left an article of clothing in the room. The Queue captures some of the quirkiness of old Albuquerque and is a great value. Be prepared for some worn edges.

Stayed in room 144 on the 19th of may to the 20th with my family. Went to take a bath and there was a GIANT moldy hole in the wall under the sink. The sink was falling apart and nails were exposed. What a HUGE health concern. Told the receptionist, who then gave me a card to the manager/supervisor to email. The email DIDN’T work and I got a message back saying it was unsuccessful. Didn’t help that they wouldn’t even work with me when I accidentally booked for a Room the night before and took my money anyways. Receptionist was wonderful, no complaints about her, not her fault, but the room was horrid and a health concern.

Very clean and convenient motel

This motel was very clean and conveniently located near Interstate 25. The motel has a nice indoor swimming pool and a bar located next door. Lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

For the price it was great. Check in was bad. A long line really late at night. Coffee in room wasn't stocked properly. But all in all I would stay there again.
