Great stay!

Great place to stay. We were in town for the Weird Al concert and it was a great place to stay. My son loved the pool table and we were able to play a few games. Breakfast was yummy as well.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but very good—fresh coffee, toast, fruit, and a few hot options that made for a nice start to the day. Nothing fancy, but everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, it was a great value and I’d be happy to stay here again.

The breakfast was good, different variety of foods than other hotels. There was a pool table, and I thought that was a great feature. I did not like the limited parking options. The AC in my room stopped working, and I had to get switched to another room.

Pretty Pathetic employees

The two girls sitting at reception looked annoyed that we were interrupting their looking at their phones. They told us we couldn't get bottled water even though the people ahead of us received 2 bottles. When we asked why we can't get water she said only "elite" can get water. I can down later to get hot water for tea and the water was cold. I told thhe receptionist that and she just shrugged her shoulders. I asked if their was a microwave and she motioned somewhere in back of her. Next morning I came down for breakfast. The coffee was luke warm. I looked over at the receptionist and she was eating a bowl of cereal while sitting at the front desk! I have never seen a receptionist at a hotel eating while sitting at the front desk. All and all I got the impression we were bothering them. Elevator was broke and hot tub not working. Pretty pathetic!

We walked in with all of our luggage to no carts. Asked and staff said all are in use. We proceeded to go to the elevators and we were stopped by staff saying BOTH elevators are broken!!! Had to walk up stairs with heavy luggage. I sure hope no handicapped people are stranded!!
