The staff was so attentive. My daughter and I weren’t there for long and even left around 3 am but the front desk staff noticed and came out to greet us and give us a thank you card.

The rooms are small not so much space, the staff were friendly, and the parking lot is also small. If you want to park in this hotel is $25 extra but not recommend parking here if you have a truck or SUV that is big because you don't have enough space.

The Hotel is in great location...older but updated..."quirky" in a good way. However, don't fall for Owner / Mngt BS - only care about themselves. I was charged for additional 3 night stay that somehow got booked (not by me) even though already had 2 Rooms for prior day / next two days so WHY would I need another. The Mngt said no refund as was during Ballon Fest and when I went to ck (to prove point) they had rerented the Room I paid for. Just bad and unprofessional biz decisions. Do yourself favor and bypass this place. Alan V

Staff is friendly and rooms are clean…but overpriced. Though I was there during balloon festival, when *everything* is overpriced. The neighborhood seems unsafe at night - but so does most of Albequerque, unfortunately.

There is no hot tub this would not let me give a 1 I would give a 0 for customer service. I left property after my first night they are still charging me for the other two nights. They kept on texting me even after I stated I was leaving. There is no Manager on site and they did not stop texting me until 3rd email from me. I wanted relaxation and for that price I have expectations. I expect to park onsite. If you want to drink at a speak easy might work for you. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service and I preferred to leave that motel rather then stay them holding the additional $600 would not keep me there. The door would not close well, it would pop open if we didn’t put deadbolt on. Be careful on the stairs, they don’t look like they were updated in 15-20 years. My stay was supposed to be Sunday to Wednesday but I called Hotel.com at 5:55am on Monday stating I was not happy with the location I did not feel comfortable, I could not relax in a hot tub. I will say the Spa was great and by Spa it was massage and facial. They had a hot tub and Sauna. They were kind and caring.

Quirky little hotel. Walking distance to some great veggie restaurants. Staff are great and have fantastic recommendations. The speakeasy is adorable. It was a little loud as our room was above the speakeasy (but closes at 11 so not a huge issue). Close to the bus stop and UNM as well.

The owner of the property takes great pride in making sure that you have everything you need. She is very personable and full of all the information that you need to get around and find fun things to do in Albuquerque. I would highly recommend this property.
