There is no hot tub this would not let me give a 1 I would give a 0 for customer service. I left property after my first night they are still charging me for the other two nights. They kept on texting me even after I stated I was leaving. There is no Manager on site and they did not stop texting me until 3rd email from me. I wanted relaxation and for that price I have expectations. I expect to park onsite. If you want to drink at a speak easy might work for you. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service and I preferred to leave that motel rather then stay them holding the additional $600 would not keep me there. The door would not close well, it would pop open if we didn’t put deadbolt on. Be careful on the stairs, they don’t look like they were updated in 15-20 years. My stay was supposed to be Sunday to Wednesday but I called Hotel.com at 5:55am on Monday stating I was not happy with the location I did not feel comfortable, I could not relax in a hot tub. I will say the Spa was great and by Spa it was massage and facial. They had a hot tub and Sauna. They were kind and caring.

Quirky little hotel. Walking distance to some great veggie restaurants. Staff are great and have fantastic recommendations. The speakeasy is adorable. It was a little loud as our room was above the speakeasy (but closes at 11 so not a huge issue). Close to the bus stop and UNM as well.

The owner of the property takes great pride in making sure that you have everything you need. She is very personable and full of all the information that you need to get around and find fun things to do in Albuquerque. I would highly recommend this property.

Great unique property on old route 66! Homeless nearby was a little disruptive, though they did not come around the hotel property, just were in the area. Pool was a great addition on the warm days and speakeasy was fun!

Checking in was terrible. One person had long conversations with the clients delaying everyone else. The other was new and took a long time with everyone. Or took over 30 minutes to get served. Meanwhile the lobby was filled with the”Zazz” aroma, nearly making me sick. The room was clean and the property was quiet the pool was clean and warm. The lounge was nice but the ubiquitous aroma again was too much. The aroma was in our room as well but not as bad.

We enjoyed our stay in this unique and friendly hotel. The pool was warm and perfect for a 75 degree October day. The lounge was comfortable as were the beds. The room was quite with good temperature control. There are many walkable restaurants and bars. It was about a 10 to 15 minutes Uber ride to old town and the airport and both cost less than $10. This has much more charm than your average chain hotel if you like that sort of thing! It is an old hotel that's been remodeled, so yes there are some signs of its vintage origins and overall I loved it.

The bathroom really wasnt on par with the room. Super cute hotel but it was a bad reno job. The sink was painted and there was paint everywhere. The shower curtain had mold all over it. Not great :(

The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Considering that Cannabis it legal In New Mexico, there should be an area outside where guests can smoke and relax. Instead, this is a non-smoking property. There are so many areas for aesthetics, but none are welcoming to smokers. I use Cannabis for medical reasons... I have epilepsy and I smoke it daily. Instead of being able to smoke in an area of the property where no one was present, I was forced to smoke on the street away from the property. I was lucky one day when someone in an apartment near by allowed me to sit on their stairs. I left the hotel feeling judged and the smile on my face from when I initially arrived had turned into a contemptuous frown.

Love the colorful artsy, playful vibe, the pool, the speakeasy, the popsicle happy hour. It is pretty much my dream to be in a motel room that has hot pink accent walls and a huge multicolored giraffe mural. I am the target market for this place. Really interesting neighborhood too. Staff were super sweet and personable. Room was reasonably comfy and spacious. Just a few little things threw me off. Like i got a text saying “hey there’s coffee creamer in the fridge,” but there wasn’t. The bathroom paint and finish is just slightly scruffy. And the paint and stuff needs refreshing outside. Overall though I would very much recommend this hotel because it’s such a refreshing change from bland corporate crap. The art is super cool, they are conscious about commissioning art from women, indigenous artists, LGBTQ artists, artists of color etc., and yes, I am a woke, leftist radical whatever so that stuff is important to me.

Here’s a Hotels.com–friendly version that’s concise, sharp, and stays under their typical character limits: ⸻ Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Old-style motel trying to be “hip,” but fails badly. The room reeked of an overwhelming “signature scent,” like they were masking something. Bathroom had no fan, so we left the window open—then got a text telling us to close it for “security” because the neighborhood isn’t safe. At 7 a.m. on Sunday they texted about checkout and woke me up. Worst of all, I came back late Saturday to find the fitted sheet stained. I texted (their preferred contact) and was told the linens come from a third-party vendor—no real apology or fix. The GM even tried to blame me for not coming to the desk at night. Poor management, intrusive texts, and unclean bedding. Would give zero stars if possible—never again
