There is no hot tub this would not let me give a 1 I would give a 0 for customer service. I left property after my first night they are still charging me for the other two nights. They kept on texting me even after I stated I was leaving. There is no Manager on site and they did not stop texting me until 3rd email from me. I wanted relaxation and for that price I have expectations. I expect to park onsite. If you want to drink at a speak easy might work for you. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service and I preferred to leave that motel rather then stay them holding the additional $600 would not keep me there. The door would not close well, it would pop open if we didn’t put deadbolt on. Be careful on the stairs, they don’t look like they were updated in 15-20 years. My stay was supposed to be Sunday to Wednesday but I called Hotel.com at 5:55am on Monday stating I was not happy with the location I did not feel comfortable, I could not relax in a hot tub.
I will say the Spa was great and by Spa it was massage and facial. They had a hot tub and Sauna. They were kind and caring.
