Off the street parking, felt reasonably secure, until sun went down! Dark alley (probably covered by security cams?), but gathered drunken people from nearby Club and they created the noise. Work up in middle of night to domestic swearing and noise outside. Had to calm women locked out of room!

Whilst aware it was the Christmas/New Year week, $252.00 was ‘steep’ for an old and dated motel room.Carpet was dirty and beds very uncomfortable.

Room was dirty, stains on the floor, no AC, decayed food in the fridge, Bathroom not clean, Towels not washed, No internet. Receptionist with poor communication, you ring they don't pick up and they don't provide their official email unless you make a request. If you email them, it takes days and days to get back to you. I claimed refund but they refused, I am considering lodging a formal complaint because my kids became sick because of the terrible conditions. The government should take relevant regulatory action against them.

Couldn’t check in as scheduled, got in late at night with my young family and was told already in bed, floors dirty, surfaces sticky, no phone in room, rubbish still in bin from previous guest, would highly recommend not to stay here.

This budget motel is located centrally in Albury. Easy walking distance to central business district and shops. Quick and easy check in. Although older, this budget accomodation was safe, clean with comfortable bed.

I have stayed in many places, some budget places but I have never stayed somewhere so dirty, there were stains over the sheets bugs in the bed. I’ve never left a place so quickly! I have tried to find a email to send photos and contact the property directly but cannot seem to find it.

The only good thing about the place was the pool. The room had a bad odour, no tv remote when we asked reception we were basic told looks like the previous people must have taken it and that they’d see what he could do but probably wouldn’t have anything. Would have complained but didn’t think we’d get anywhere the person who checked us in didn’t seem to wanna be there themselves.
