Parks and riverside location for a truly pleasant
Unbeatable parkside and riverside location for those who like to enjoy nature during their stay. Botanic Gardens and city pool complex across the road. Clean and tidy enough where it counts. Southwest edge of the CBD means a pleasant 20min stroll into town for work and shopping. Happy to stay here again.

Despite being a little old, the rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and adequate. Undercover parking on some levels was a nice touch. Across the road is a beautiful park area leading to the river. The lady owning the property was very pleasant to deal with.

Surprise!
Only for one night so for the excellent price all i hoped for was a decent bed. It was a typical motel set up and it was very clean, bright lighting and crisp white sheets and bedding. I will stay there again if i need to without doubt.
