Great view, we were kindly upgraded to a high floor. Very comfy bed, very clean and pretty well appointed room. Great location. Hotel enreance was not well cleaned, dirt and cigarettebutts in entrance on arrival - where is the manager. Paving around hotel entrance was not corectly laid - very uneven. Whole street area adjacent to hotel was very dirty.

Upon checking in, the male reception member was not helpful, provided limited options equivalent to saying no as an answer, and was rude, not courteous. After driving from Melbourne and reaching late after 9pm, no dining options were provided and the man threw his arms in the air to direct us to outside eateries. No beer bottle opener was available so I was asked to bring the bottles to the bar everytime to open. Overall, not so great experience.

Last minute booking during our drive home. Great location (restaurants and bars around the corner, but quiet at night). Happy, helpful staff. Spacious, clean room with views. Will definately book again.

Service was great I had accidentally booked the wrong date the young female staff member booked my room without hesitation and professionally. Car park was underneath secure with easy access to hotel. It can be a little difficult to park on the street prior to check in as access to car park is via your hotel access card. Check out was seamless and friendly. Definitely returning.

Staff were lovely but this hotel needs updating. No ability to access streaming services is very behind the times for a hotel advertising itself as 4 star. Beds comfortable but pillows too small and only 2 rather than 4 on a double bed.
