The rooms were spacious and clean and the staffs were friendly. We booked two rooms for our large family. However, they only provided us with one bath towel per bathroom, and we had to share two towels between seven people.

Convenient location

Excellent location and easy to find. Facilities in room very useful and plenty of equipment. There was no hand soap supplied for bathroom basin. An accessible bathroom was required for our stay but there wasn’t a shelf or ledge to rest personal bathroom items or clothing in the bathroom. Overall, the stay was very pleasant

Polite and helpful staff. Easy parking but does cost to park under the motel. Parking free on the street. My choice to pay. Room was very tidy and modern. Shower was great. No hot water issues. Beds comfortable but bring your own pillow. We always do with all stays. Plenty of restaurants around the area all within walkinh distance and maccas just a minute walk down the road. Very happy with our stay.

Accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean and well presented. Customer service team were so friendly and diligent. Only issue was paid for parking and there were no car parks left when we returned from dinner. Overall would love to stay here again should we be in Albury.
