We had an excellent experience here at the Chiado Arty Flats. From check-in they were alert, attentive and informative. They were helpful throughout our stay (printing something for me when I had no access to a printer) and welcoming throughout the stay. The apartment was comfortable and a good size. We did have some louder noises through the night from some of the near by establishments but this did not interrupt our sleep. We felt safe in the the neighborhood and local businesses and restaurants were excellent. We were walking distance to most places. The breakfast each day was surprising in both size and quality. They prepared freshly made foods and pastries that allowed us to get started for the a day. If we wanted something different they were attentive to the changes. Overall an excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Marmòris Palace. The property is beautiful, the grounds are peaceful, and it really lets you experience the castle and palace atmosphere that makes Sintra so special. It feels like you’re staying in a historic estate rather than a typical hotel. If you’re expecting a true luxury hotel, this probably isn’t it. The rooms and amenities are comfortable, but the experience is more about the charm, history, and setting than five-star luxury. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, and the location made it easy to explore Sintra. We’d definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team was friendly, warm and approachable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their excellent service really made our stay special. The restaurant, set right by the sea, was a beautiful place to enjoy a meal be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Although the menu was fairly limited, every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. We loved the outdoor grill taste. The pool area was stunning, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, so there was never any need to rush to reserve one. The waiter service around the pool was another lovely touch and added to the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was quite sparsely furnished, but it was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was on the top floor. This was fine for us but some people might find the low beams problematic. What really stood out, though, was how peaceful the hotel was. The tranquillity made it incredibly restful, and we left feeling completely refreshed. This is certainly not a cheap hotel, but in our opinion it was worth every penny as a treat. The exceptional service, beautiful setting and peaceful atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. We would happily return if we have the opportunity.
