Okay, the curtains weren't closing properly

Good hotel in a great location. I would appreciate to have the iron on the room. Breakfast expensive for what it is.

Location was good....walkable to many amenities. Bartender in lounge provided great service. Entrance staff seemed preoccupied and not welcoming. Housekeeping would often forget to stock something. Breakfast was an extra 20Euros and was often lacking so not worth the price.

There's a bar on the ground floor with a DJ some nights until 1am and the sound prevented sleep, so loud you could not ignore it. My room was on floor 1 above the bar. Loved the room, location, staff otherwise.

The pictures

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work so they transferred us to another room, only to find out the air conditioning didn’t work in that room either. Their maintenance staff weren’t available on site to fix the issue and they didn’t have any other rooms available. Finally the hotel was unwilling to discount our stay despite the issues. Although staff were apologetic, we were very disappointed with how much we paid for this room and for what they offered to us in exchange. Definitely not worth the money!!!!

Room was clean and ready each day that we returned. Staff friendly.

All good. Breakfast included in our plan was very convenient.
