Beautiful hotel. Staff super friendly. Rooms nicely decorated and pool area is lovely. Awesome breakfast and poolside food and drink also nice and very reasonable prices! So close to shops and restaurants you cant go wrong. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our room was covered in mold and they claimed they were fully booked so couldn't move us until the following day. We stayed around 5 nights. The AC was broken the first two nights, was "fixed" so we were told we couldn't move rooms. That is when we think the mold began to grow. We started to feel ill on night 3, and were assuming it was from travel. We came home late on night 4 and noticed the mold - it was everywhere - in front of the AC vent, over the bed, through the ceiling. We complained and they refused to move us as they said the hotel was fully booked. The next day, night 5, they finally moved us, but it was our last night. They didn't do much more than a bottle of prosecco to apologize or provide any support. I have photos and videos that I plan to submit to the Spanish board of health. Apparently they know this is an ongoing issue, but don't do anything to fix it. Completely disgusting. We received no refund and they didn't even comp parking at the end when we were checking out. It was an awful experience, do not stay here.

More of a 4-star experience than 5-star While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff do go above and beyond—especially considering they’re clearly understaffed—the overall experience fell short of 5-star expectations. Our AC was broken throughout our stay, and unfortunately, the only solution offered was to flip the breaker switch ourselves, which didn’t resolve the issue. The rooms could use better maintenance, particularly the showers and taps. With some updates and better attention to guest comfort, this place has real potential.

Bordoy hotel was exceptional. The staff were really awesome and they made our stay very comfortable. The food was so good. I was glad I paid for half board. The restaurant was actually a 5 star for me too. I never expected much since it was an hotels restaurant but both the service and food was excellent.
