We had a lovely stay at the hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The bathroom in the room was a little disconcerting given the semi transparent door. There was limited storage space if having a prolonged stay. We enjoyed the variety provided at breakfast and the views of the lake. No fault with the hotel itself but we had some difficulty with frequency of buses and price of taxis.

Really enjoyed our long weekend the hotel was so much better than we expected. Great location for beach. Local restaurants are a bit low quality, so worth walking further to get better food.

Excellent facilities, exceptionally clean, new sunbeds, great pool area, vast breakfast choice, excellent happy staff, comfortable bedroom. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Freshly cooked lunchtime menu by the pool. The only negative is the toilet cubicle in the bedroom is very small, open plan with a glass door and limits privacy. I wouldn’t let this put me off coming again though!

Lovely venue with stunning scenery.staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Roxana who ensured my stay was very comfortable. Rooms very clean and huge comfortable bed and spacious balcony. Beware, if you have a city view, it can get very loud! Breakfast was average, not much fresh fruit on offer. Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Easy access to buses talking you to the old town and Palma. Spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, supermarkets etc. Would stay again!

was a very nice hotel. Staff very helpful and well located. Only strange thing was the bathroom set up… shower door swung over to be the toilet door. Subsequently when having a show the door was not sealed so water got all over the floor. would not be that private for two people. but for one person was fine

cleaning is subpar. all the coffee areas and cups that have been used were never changed during cleaning. it took 2 days before they actually cleaned it. Now it makes me think about the rest of the room whether they cleaned it properly or not.

+ The full hotel and it’s helpful employees were fantastic 🙏 + overeating is a risk at this property, caused by it’s fantastic quality and the menu has various options. + Also the coffee bar was included in the breakfast. - The only thing to complain about is the showering water, which feels like shampooing yourself than cleaning your body.

The hotel was lovely and in a good location. 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars/restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean. As with other reviews the bathrooms have no privacy (just a shower curtain) . Wasnt an issue for me as i wasnt sharing but something to be aware of if sharing

I came to Mallorca for a week of cycling. The hotel was located in a great area of the island for the routes I wanted to tackle. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and felt 'new' - and there was room for me and my bike (unlike some European hotel rooms!). Would definitely stay there again.
