The resort is outdated, and could use updating and some work on the cleanliness of the rooms. Towels looked old and dingy, the bathrooms had hair in and around the sink as did half the pillows. There was broken tile, faucet, and a cracked sink. The entertainment was good, as was the food. It was close to all shopping, and had a fantastic view.

This place is dated & dirty, there were 4 or 5 spiders in the high corners of our room, the bathroom was mildly dirty as well. They obviously didnt clean it properly. Alex Bay is really going down hill the alst few years! The bar, staff, and food are solid 4/5, but the cleanliness was unacceptable.
