Gross and run down

This place is so rundown! The heaters went out in the entire place and they were bringing space heaters to peoples rooms along with extra blankets. What a liability and unsafe for all the hotel guests. The place is absolutely filthy and rundown. I cannot believe that they continue to hold conferences and businesses would put their employees in this place.

The room was ok but outdated. The beds were comfortable so they must have been replaced which was nice. The air conditioning was set to hot and it was freezing we had to turn it off because it only blew ice cold air. We thought it would be good to open the screen door to warm up the room and the screen was completely ripped at the bottom and the side. There were 2 plastic outdoor chairs on the balcony, one was broken. We asked the front desk if we could get 4 ( room was for 4 of us) and have the broken one removed. We left the property to come back to our hall door ajar/ unlocked and 3 chairs on the balcony. Front desk staff were nice so we didn’t complain at the time but realized the stay was not worth what we paid.

What a shame!! This property should be completely torn down and a nice resort put on it. The grounds are beautiful and the staff were helpful and courteous but the condition of the rooms, lobby, pool area and restaurant are horribly dated and run down. Disappointing.

The property was beautiful; however, everything is very rundown and in need of serious updating and cleaning. The rooms are old and outdated. Dirty carpets, crappy bedding. All of the outdoor chairs by the pool, lake and on our patio are cheap and dirty. Most chairs are broken. Would love to see this place revived with a fresh new look.
