Bad bed, otherwise good stay.

The only thing keeping this hotel from 5 star review is the bed. Hard as a rock and could feel the springs. If you like hard beds, this will be a go for you.

None of the outlets worked in the room. The outlet in the bathroom was the only working outlet. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker at midnight to my room. It was very awkward to have him at that time bc I wasn’t properly dressed and we had a few things out in the open that weren’t meant for anyone else to see. He tried all the outlets and didn’t understand why they weren’t working. So he left.

Doors slammed anytime someone went in or out. I could hear the people next door through the wall. Loud music at 3am. They put fresh towels but nothing else; etc made bed, vacuumed or took out trash

There property is nice for the area it is in. Front desk staff was wonderful, housekeeping entered my room to remove towels when there was a DND on the door but hung towels outside of the door. Breakfast and dinner was made to order and charged to the room. Overall service is good but housekeeping need to NEVER enter a room with DND on the door
