They had trouble checking me in because i booked using a 3rd party (hotels. Com) traveling with a dog, and they weren't sure what they were doing with the check in. The room was very outdated and the bed was not comfortable. There was trash under the bed. When I checked in they gave me a map of the buildings and told me i could park right in front of our room when in fact there was another building right in front of our room so we had to park in a side parking lot and walk to find our room. They were in the process of renovating the lobby so hopefully those renovations continue throughout all the buildings.

We live in the same city less than 15 miles from the Best Western. Use this hotel for most overnight stays for patty’s at the convention center. Works out perfect ! Just walk to your room. They are under remodeling now. Certainly time to change the furniture.

Pass this one up
This was the worst Best Western we’ve ever stayed in. Check in was ok, that’s was about only good thing I can add. The rooms smelled like mildew and the top blanket on bed was dirty. No hairdryer and we asked for clean blankets and they were given to us wadded up like they were taken off someone else’s bed waiting to be washed. We stayed one night, it took 30 minutes to check out because no one was in the lobby. My husband had to drive around the outside of the hotel to find someone to tell they had people waiting in the lobby. Definitely will not be back. It’s under construction in the lobby, no complaints on that, because you can see it will beautiful entrance and lobby once completed.

This hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. I have stayed here twice..once during the beginning stages on the remodel and again not too long ago. The location is perfect. The food is great.

This hotel was under renovations when I stayed, but luckily I was in a part of the hotel that was not under construction and entered from the inside (part of the hotel the rooms are accessed via outside, like a motel). The hotel staff at check-in was less-than-friendly and unlike most Best Westerns that charge a MAX of $30 for a pet fee, this Best Western because they are "privately owned and operated" charges $30 per pet. Which is crappy. Additionally, whatever cleaning stuff they use for the room was excessive. Overall, this was a below-average Best Western.

Check-in took 30 minutes and the clerk was very rude treating customers like it was our fault that the hotel was not organized.My room was filthy so I politely asked the front desk if someone can clean before we settled in but instead I got a very angry lady who came to my room being very aggressive and making excuses as to why the room was dirty. She said that they don't have time to clean every room. They also took an extra $200 payment from by bank. The pool and breakfast area is very nice but the people are running the place In the ground and it's sad because This place has potential to be a great hotel but it's not going to happen under current management.
