Room has a hole in the wall next to the HVAC unit. Housekeeping has not been up to Clean, or update supplies for the room. The light above the bed by the wall near the bathroom is broken. Got towels & supplies from the office.

I rented a room cause of the extreme cold and had to sit in a cold room for hours because the heat didn’t work, and so we went sat in the car cause it was warmer in car
