Everything about this stay was fantastic! When I checked in the lady at the desk was being screamed at by someone on the phone by someone that didn't understand cancellation policies when you book with a 3rd party. She showed kindness and grace to them, then turned to me and was kind as could be. All of the staff we encountered shared that same kindness. The room was very clean and the location is just a few minute drive to the metro. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.

I stayed in this hotel twice. The first time was nice and remodeled but it seems that not all floors have the remodel. The sheets had holes in it and the shower was tile and just looked questionable versus the other floor was more decent for the price.

The room was very outdated. No hooks or towel bars in the bathroom which was odd. No cell phone plug in. It was very noisy from outside traffic. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Updates that were done in the hotel were very nice. Other things look 20 years old. Room and bed were comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. I know the hotel has no control over this but the constant engine breaking by the trucks is very annoying.
