Staff is awesome. With noisey neighbors they moved us into a room where we could get some sleep. This was an average stay- one room did not have heat- the room we stayed in the TV wouldnt turn off so we just muted it. They moved us twice- the third room worked. This hotel is right next to the train tracks, so that also had alot of noise. Once we were moved to the front of the hotel- no more train noise or loud neighbors.

Dana at the front desk made checking in a breeze, the luggage cart had little handles for bags that was different from other hotels I've stayed at so that was awesome, and the room is spacious and had both a fridge and microwave in the king suite.... I used the fitness center each day and the breakfasts each morning was delicious, truly looking forward to my next stay soon.

Everything was stained
I will add photos but there’s also an issue with the key cards. They never worked. Had to keep bugging the front desk staff for new ones or to re-key them. There were stains or something on the walls, floor was stained, cover on bed was stained, towels were dingy, it just felt dirty. You could tell that the rooms were not properly cleaned, just stripped down and made up again.

Disappointing
When checking in, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was unacceptable. It was not the start to my stay I deserved. The room was acceptable but the television volume did not work. When I called the front desk, I was told there was no maintenance person so I'd have to change rooms. Having already unpacked and settled in, I did not want the hassle of a move. There should be a maintenance person available. It was early afternoon, not the middle of the night.

Great Staff
There were a couple of issues but the staff went above and beyond. They were kind at the front office when we checked out and explained the few issues with the room. One of the staff members went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our own breakfast in the lobby. The hospitality was evident and they employees were very kind and understanding.
